Overview Lead a team where retail meets hands-on work. Clearance Store Manager – James Lane | Sleeping Giant (Penrith). We're looking for a driven Store Manager to lead the Penrith Clearance Store, combining stock movement, assembly, and display with sales leadership, coaching, and memorable customer experiences.

What you'll do Lead & Motivate: Inspire your team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
Hands-On Work: Be directly involved in moving stock, assembling furniture, and maintaining store tidiness.
Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, making every shopping experience memorable.
Operations & Stock: Manage inventory, coordinate stock flow, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Develop Talent: Train and support your team, helping them grow their skills in both retail and operations.
Keep Standards High: Ensure compliance with business policies and create a safe, organised store environment.
What we're looking for Leadership experience – with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
Retail + Warehousing mix – background in sales and operations (furniture experience a bonus).
Sales-driven – proven record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Customer-focused – passionate about service and relationship building.
Physically capable – able to safely lift and move furniture (up to 30kg).
Flexible availability – including weekends and peak trading periods.
