Job Description

As a seasoned professional in vetting, you will lead a team of analysts handling complex personal security clearance processes. With extensive experience in government or high-security environments, you will possess a deep understanding of the Protective Security Policy Framework and be able to assess clearance cases with precision.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Process security clearances meticulously, adhering to best practices.
  • Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs).
  • Effectively manage caseload and execution.
  • Coach, mentor, and counsel Analysts and Senior Analysts.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive vetting experience in government or similar high-security environments, including conducting face-to-face interviews as required by the clearance type. A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 is essential, with opportunities to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as needed.
