With an impressive network spanning over 600 fixed wireless access sites across Australia, this is your chance to join their dynamic team and make a significant impact in delivering state-of-the-art telecommunication services to even the most far-flung locations. As part of this role, you'll be at the forefront of installing and maintaining cutting-edge telecommunications facilities, ensuring flawless connectivity for their delighted customers.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Climbing radio towers, masts and monopoles
- Lead a team on installations and upgrade projects ensuring Client and Industry specifications, standards and HSE practices are adhered to.
- Rigging of antennas and radios at height
- Installation and testing of Communication feeders and hybrid cables for Telecommunications equipment
- Roof mast installations
- Cabling through buildings between communication equipment
- Assist with construction of radio towers
- Installation of extra low voltage power systems
- Installation and alignment of radio antennas
- Create documentation reflecting all the works completed out in the field
- Be involved from start to finish in projects to ensure smooth deployment of projects and effective implementation
- Travel to remote locations across Australia, often exclusively accessible by 4x4 or helicopter.

**About You**
The successful applicant for this role enjoys a balance of travelling, working outdoors, being on the tools and planning in an office environment. They’ll also have the following attributes/qualifications:

- Able to travel to remote sites for deployments up to 14 days.
- Experience in Telco Rigging
- Experience working in rural and remote locations is an advantage
- Ability to pass a preemployment medical ‘fitness to climb’ assessment
- Basic rigging
- Driver’s License
- Working at Heights and Tower Rescue Certificate
- ACMA Open Cablers Registration
- 4x4 driving experience an advantage
- RF/EME Awareness
- Construction White Card
