Rubix Solutions is a privately owned Australian resourcing company, designed to discover, and deliver unparalleled talent within the IT and Telecommunications sector. We have worked on every large-scale wireless project since the Telstra jersey project back in 2005, and work with nearly every vendor, carrier, and tier #1 subcontracting company within the industry.

Our large client has several roles in the mobile wireless 5G construction space including opportunities for experienced Wireless Field Supervisors based in QLD. The roles will be looking after multiple wireless / mobile construction sites across Queensland, and some travel may be required. Initial sites will be metro.

You would have previously come from a Telco Technician or Rigger background, had 2+ years of wireless construction experience, and can manage teams of construction crews including riggers and techs on site with ease.

**Duties**:

- Oversee the delivery 5G sites from build start to completion and integration.
- Directly reported to the Construction manager, efficiently overseeing site management, contractor liaison, material ordering & delivery, scheduling of works in hand and completed, site integration management, safety & OHS procedure compliance.
- Review design and completion documentation and implemented final design plans and specifications.
- Maintaining quality control and ensure that employees and subcontractors produce a quality product in line with project specifications, design and plan to meet the agreed standard.
- Ensuring the outcomes for all non-conformance investigations are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensuring materials & equipment that has been delivered to site meet the quality requirements, and defective items are tagged and process.
- Coordinating all on site activities, Supervise, schedule, co-ordinate and manage day to day tasks to meet all objectives relevant to the scope of work/s.
- Communicating the program of work to employees and subcontractors highlighting work of a critical
- Develop and implement standards and procedures resulting in an overall improvement of services provided.

**Experience**:

- Demonstrated major project experience, in a similar role, leading a team, managing budgets, costs, consultants and clients.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word and PowerPoint
- Planning and Field management skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate across a broad spectrum.
- High level numerical analysis skills and the ability to provide clear conclusions and recommendations on complex deployment, management or contractual issues.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of legislative requirements.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of industry and competition.
- Ideally worked in a similar role for a large delivery partner
- Optus experience highly regarded.
