L.A. Donuts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Manager to join our team. As the Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our bakery, including managing the Front Staff Supervisor and ensuring smooth administrative processes. You will report directly to the Owner and collaborate closely with the management team to drive operational efficiency and excellence.

**Responsibilities**:
Operations Oversight:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the Front Staff Supervisor, ensuring efficient front-of-house operations, excellent customer service, and adherence to company policies and standards.
- Collaborate with the Front Staff Supervisor to optimize staffing levels, streamline workflows, and continuously improve operational processes.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, tracking inventory levels, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Administrative Management:

- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Manage administrative tasks such as payroll processing, employee records maintenance, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including labor laws, health and safety regulations, and food handling guidelines.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and initiatives for business growth and expansion.

Financial Management:

- Work closely with the Owner to develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports.
- Conduct regular cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and optimization.
- Provide support in financial forecasting, revenue analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations and administrative teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any issues or concerns.
- Utilize Deputy to track your availability and accurately record your working hours.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in administrative management, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of proven proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the food service industry.
