Property Solicitor

What You'll Do:

• Reporting to the In House Council and working with business owner.
• Drafting and managing property leases for new and existing stores
• Overseeing tenant and landlord legal obligations.
• Co-Ordinating retail property purchases and leases
• Demonstrate strongdrafting skills.
• Engaging external legal advice where required
• Suppliercontract negotiations
• Resolving customer debts, customer disputes (Fair Trading & Ncat)
• Commercial and Corporate litigation
• Partake in Civil and Administrative Tribunals and Courts (if required).

What We Need:

• Bachelor of Laws degree (or equivalent).
• Unrestricted Practicing Certificate.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with a property focus.
• Demonstrated experience in Commercial Property Law, predominantly in Retail/Commercial.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions/states is favourable.
• Ability to think strategically, be resourceful and provide creative legal solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously, with a proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our team.
• Innovative and self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail.
