**Lead Educator**
- Sustainability - Paddock to Plate - RIE & Risky Play_

We are seeking an experienced educator holding a Diploma or working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. The role is full time with the option of working 5 days or 4 long days per week.

As a room leader/lead educator you will provide leadership and management, guide and mentor the educators and casuals in the room. You will be responsible for the routines and programming for all children. You will be supported by our dedicated leadership team to help you grow and expand your knowledge as an educator.

**Positions available**:

- Lead Educator in the 1 to 2 years room
- Lead Educator in the 3 to 4 years room

**The person we are looking for**:

- Holds a **Diploma** qualification in Early Childhood Education, or other recognised qualification by ACECQA (ECTs are welcome to apply)
- Holds a WWC check, current first aid and CPR qualification
- Have recently completed a child protection course
- Have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skill, including documentation skills
- Have knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skill, including documentation skills
- Is commitment to early years learning and best practice
- Is experienced working in long day care
- Has a great attitude and work ethics, is a problem solver and a great team player
- Displays a passion to our service philosophies
- Previous experience as room leader is preferable
