Catering Manager

Full Time position available - $80,000 plus Super

**The Role**:
Cater Care Services seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Catering Manager at our Kirrawee Aged Care residence

Responsible for day-to-day operations and managing a team of 20+, this is the perfect role for an established Head Chef or someone familiar with running their own kitchen/restaurant. The facility is state of the art and you will be well supported by the company in making this role your own.

Parking on site.

**Roster**:Mon-Fri (8:00am to 4:30pm)

**What This Role Involves**:

- Dual role with responsibilities in food preparation & presentation
- Menu planning & stock ordering
- Management of site & all contract scoped accommodation and catering services (including texture modification and allergies)
- Impeccable client relationship development / management
- Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
- Rostering & recruiting
- Financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labor and food costs
- Trade Certificate (or equivalent)
- Food Safety Certification
- Experience in operating kitchens and/or site management
- Aged Care or equivalent experience will be well received
- A motivated, constructive and professional ‘can-do’ attitude
- Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm
- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
