**Our Client**
Our client is a well-respected and professional organisation based in North Sydney. They have a fast paced yet supportive internal HR & Recruitment function. They are currently seeking a HR Advisor to assist this team with generalist and IR support on a contract basis.

**Duties**
- Offering Generalist HR guidance and support to internal stakeholders
- Working closely with the Site Supervisors to support operational matters
- Providing adhoc Recruitment support and onboarding of new starters
- Support the management team with policy and procedure development
- Industrial Relations; supporting the Business Partner and Manager with IR operations
- Assisting the wider business with general HR queries and requests
- Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
- Interpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulations

**Profile**

As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Previous experience within a similar capacity
- Proven transactional generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on Performance Management, Industrial Relations and Recruitment
- Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication style and ability
- Excellent use of own initiative
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite skills
