Minto Fast Photos and FotoShed are trusted photo labs offering high-quality printing, film developing, framing, passport photos, and photography services. The Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused **Shop Attendant / Photo Lab Specialist** to join our team on a long-term, part-time basis. This role suits someone with a passion for photography, printing, and customer service, looking for steady ongoing work in a small business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with enquiries, sales, and photo services
- Processing print orders, enlargements, passport photos, and film developing (training provided)
- Assisting with custom picture framing and finishing services
- Operating lab equipment, photo kiosks, and digital printing systems
- Recommending additional products and services to enhance customer experience
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional shopfront

Skills & Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Experience in photo printing, lab work, or film processing (desirable but training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with framing (or willingness to learn)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
- Availability to work set weekdays and weekends
