**The Opportunity**:
We have an opportunity for a Customer Success Lead to join our team and support our clients

The Customer Success Lead is integral to the continued reputation, success and growth of Precedence Health Care.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients throughout their customer lifecycle.
- Regular communication with clients ensuring their needs are met and identifying new opportunities
- Maximise the uptake of our product suite within an existing client portfolio, growing opportunities and revenue in our target market.
- Work closely with sales, customer support and product development teams to deliver an exceptional end to end customer experience.
- Facilitate and execute training sessions with clients.
- Investigate and help resolve troubleshooting for our customers.
- Managing small to large projects as multiple customer groups are onboarded.

**What we are looking for**:

- A strong understanding of primary healthcare
- A background in primary healthcare such as Practice Nursing, Practice Management or change management roles is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in account/relationship management, preferably within healthcare
- Your picture is next to communication in the dictionary
- Problem solving might as well be your last name as you love a challenge
- You are flexible, open to change, and able to work independently
- Ability to build on extensive client database
- Competent use of a CRM system and Microsoft Office suite

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
