- Join our high-performing retail property team as an Administration Assistant and play a key role in supporting two large-format shopping centres. Based onsite at Penrith Homemaker Centre, you’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to deliver exceptional service and keep operations on track. You’ll also provide administrative support to the National Portfolio Manager, giving you exposure to the wider retail portfolio.-

What You’ll Do** -
- Provide admin support for centre operations, finance, and lease administration.
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants, suppliers, and customers.
- Process invoices, expense reimbursements, and follow up on arrears.
- Enter tenant sales, insurance, and lease details into systems.
- Assist with contractor coordination and monitor vendor performance.
- Prepare and distribute weekly leasing reports.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
