**About the Role**:
**Customer Service Representative**

Your duties and & responsibilities;
Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer services to both new and existing clients.Some of the responsibilities of this role, include but are not limited to:

- Lodgement of new jobs
- Schedule site attendances
- Co-ordinate contractors to complete repairs on small value claims
- Arrange contractors to attend to emergency/temporary repairs
- Respond to Client queries and provide regular updates to Clients and property owners on the status of the repair progress
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required
- Achieve set business key performance indicators (KPI's)

This role is based from our Landsdale office, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm AWST.

Prior Customer Service experience
Punctual and reliable
Professional and appropriate phone manner
Ability to follow instructions and willing to learn.
Ability to multi-task with good organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a team environment
A sound understanding of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and databases)
- (Previous insurance industry and/or trade-related Customer Service experience is desirable however, not essential as training will be provided)._

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
