Lead the Charge at Truck Tyres Helpline as our **Retail Manager**

You’ll partner with senior leadership to run day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, inspire your team—and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and business objectives

**Oversee staff training, development, and performance management**

Maintain a professional and productive work environment
Store Operations

**Supervise daily store operations, including inventory control and merchandising**

Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation

**Control expenses and manage the store’s budget**
**Sales & Strategy**

Monitor and analyze sales performance

**Implement strategies to drive growth and achieve KPIs**

Sell goods and services and advise customers on product usage
Compliance & Policies

**Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety (OHS) regulations**

Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing policies

**Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions**
**Marketing & Promotion**

Promote and advertise store products and services

**Support campaigns and initiatives to increase foot traffic and customer engagement**
**General Duties**

Perform general administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, filing, mail handling, Invoicing ) using XERO, Excel Spredsheets.

**Adhere to company policies and procedures**

Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Carry out other reasonable duties as directed by management**

About You

A confident decision-maker with 2+ years of retail management experience.

Process-driven and results-focused—ready to identify opportunities and deliver impact.

Expert in customer engagement, adept at cultivating relationships and inspiring team motivation.

Adaptable and ready for a fast-paced environment, yet grounded in compliance and control.

You may need to travel and drive company vehicles from branch to branch on various times.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
