Ray White Merrylands is looking for a Experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of approx 170 residential properties. We are a dynamic, medium sized real estate agency located in Merrylands CBD servicing investment property within 10-15km of Merrylands. The hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and a rare saturday if required.

We are looking for a Property Manager who can demonstrate a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a property manager. Good understanding with the real estate software Property tree is a bonus, if not software training will be provided. We strive to provide 110% service to all our clients.

We are offering this excellent opportunity for a experienced property to join our growing team. The position requires a self driven, well groomed and career ambitious team player to manage this portfolio with plenty of support.
- Arrears & Tribunals
- ingoing/outgoing/routine inspections
- Repairs
- frequent landlord communication
- insurance claims

The following things are required to be considered for this position.
- Be upto date with all property management legislations.
- Own a road worthy car and a current drivers licence
- Be well groomed and present well
- Must have a current real estate licence or certificate of registration.
- exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- be honest, reliable, on time and motivated individual.
- Must be a team player and get along with all people.

Plenty of Real estate Training will be provided both internally and via Ray White Corporate.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
