**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Managing a portfolio of properties to a high standard.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Conducting property inspections and coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing tenant ingoings and outgoings.
- Managing rental arrears and maintaining accurate records.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and regulations.
- Oversee insurance and tribunal claims
**About You**:
We’re looking for a dedicated professional who is:
- Property management experience (minimum 2-3 years).
- Well organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Resilient under pressure and capable of handling the challenges of property management.

- Friendly, helpful, and welcoming disposition.
- Poses leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
**What You’ll Need**:
- Must hold a real estate licence (Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence as a minimum).
- Sound knowledge of property management best practices and relevant regulations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
