We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Store Managerto take our store in Merrylands to the next level

Our Merrylands store is in a prime location, close to public transport and perfectly positioned to welcome high foot traffic every day. This is a fast-paced store where no two days are the same, and where customers love a personalised, one-on-one fashion consultation. As Store Manager, you'll lead a passionate DREAMTEAM in delivering AMAZING service, driving store performance, and creating memorable styling experiences. With a focus on both your growth and the store's success, you'll be supported to develop your expertise while inspiring your DREAMTEAM to do the same.

Relaunched in 2008 by Tania Austin, DECJUBA is one of the leading fashion retailers in Australia and New Zealand, growing our footprint from 5 stores to over 140, with two online sites. As a predominately female-led, Australian owned company we believe our DREAMTEAM are our asset, with over 2000 of us delivering AMAZING across our Store Network, Distribution Centre and Head Office based in Melbourne.

Fast forward to today, we have extended our product offering to include D-LUXE Basics, DECJUBA Kids and in 2023 launched DECJUBA Men's and DECJUBA Beauty.
