**Description**:
ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to our success and growth in this area, we are recruiting for an operations manager to oversea our disability programs in South East Queensland. This role has responsibility for the operational, and financial performance of services within the NDIS & Assisted Living portfolio. The portfolio is typically responsible for a $10 million + budget and is growing rapidly.

This role ensures excellence in the delivery of these services and performance in this role is measured by:
Financial performance and sustainability.
Client satisfaction.
Level of compliance with regulatory and funding requirements.
Workforce indicators such as turnover, employee satisfaction and workplace health and safety.
Contribution to organisational culture and values alignment.

**Skills and Experiences**:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have experience in a similar level management or leadership position within the non-for-profit and/ charity or Community Services sector. Ideally your background is in the Disability, Aged care or Allied health professions. You have exceptional communication skills and strong leadership skills with personal awareness and emotional intelligence to be able to get things done. You can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and good exercise of professional judgement.

**Criteria**:
Degree or relevant business management qualifications
Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence
Current Blue Card - WWC (Qld)
NDIS Worker Screening or Yellow Card - Disability (Qld)
Evidence of full COVID19 vaccination
Demonstrated substantial experience in managing a service or small organisation the Community Services industry
Capacity to develop strategic partnerships and networks with providers and stakeholders external to the organisation
Demonstrated successful experience with managing financial performance
Leadership role in organisational change programs
Demonstrates the organisational values
Ability to take a systems approach to work and to think strategically
Strives to develop and empower others
