**About the Role**

This is a new position in our growing business and your daily duties will include, but not limited to:

- You will determine whether the customer requires in-home inspection or over the phone quote for their move (Gina performs the in-home inspections)
- Follow up on quotes and the relationship with unbooked prospective customers, without hassling the customer (we believe the best salespeople are authentic and honest)
- Fulfil pre-move customer requirements and questions once booked, and lead them through the process
- Fulfil post-move customer requirements
- Collect feedback from the customers, as we are always looking for ways to improve our business and interactions
- Assist with arrangements of stock and packing material orders
- Provide insights and make connections for business opportunities that can lead to potential customers
- Help drive the coordination of logistics for the teams (i.e. delivery of boxes for packing, arrangement of trucks/vans in preparation of workdays ahead)
- Look for opportunities for marketing and advertising outside of the Eastern Suburbs
- On an ad-hoc basis, pick up and/or drop off to team the required materials
- On a daily basis, check in with the teams for progress updates and how the jobs are tracking, and share with Gina any potential challenges that may arise
- Provide general administrative support (as directed by Gina and/or her team leaders) for planning, scheduling, ordering and co-ordination of the removal and cleaning teams

- Ability to adapt in a quick-paced environment and prioritise effectively
- Good decision-making and problem solving skills
- Responsible, trustworthy and accountable for your actions and what you deliver
- Ability to foresee any obstacles and challenges and either deal with them or raise them to Gina and her team
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer service

Whilst not essential, good general computer literacy skills, including good excel skills and previous experience using various software will be considered favourably

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
