This is a sales role, and whilst there are many ways to sell, we practice a sales culture of Ethical, Empathetic, Empowering, Conscious Leadership, and always prioritise building relationships and playing the long game.

Your role will involve hosting consultative sales sessions with clients, and to provide guidance and advice on the most suitable path forward with property investing.

To be effective in this role, you must have a proven track record of high ticket phone sales, a genuine interest or experience in property investing, good numerical reasoning skills and great problem solving and strategic thinking skills.

You will be directly responsible for inputting data into the CRM to accurately record client details as well as providing verbal and written support to the rest of the team and rescheduling and liaising with clients when appropriate.

This role will likely change and evolve as the company grows, but will always seek to serve our mission to transform the way Australia invests and become the number one property investment company in Australia by the end of the decade.

From day one, you will have an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations, and a lasting influence on our company, and in turn, our clients.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Host regular sales consultations via phone or zoom
- Keep accurate, detailed and timely records
- Data entry / CRM updating
- Manage, develop and maintain personal sales pipeline
- Regularly follow up with potential clients whilst providing value and deepening relationships.
- Guide and Lead clients to the best result for them, using the script provided
- Answer questions about our business and overcome client objections using the script provided
- Meet weekly and quarterly sales targets for you individually, and also the team
- Follow up with clients who are having payment issues to help find a solution.
- Attend regular team meetings, and personal coaching sessions
- Reporting the Sales Team Leaders and Directors as required.
- Be a Brand Ambassador that represents our values and ethos in every interaction.
