**About the Role**
- Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Working with deals teams to deliver contract documents, RFP's, Head Agreements, SOW's and work packages
- Managing front-end negotiations
- Contract drafting
- Managing existing contracts
- Managing new header agreements
- Contributing to and/or managing the contract ideation stage, negotiation, implementation, and contract execution

**Requirements**:

- 2-6 years' experience in contract management
- Must have experience in front-end negotiations, contract drafting and delivery
- Previous experience in Technology and/or Telecommunications contract management is highly advantageous
- Financial understanding/background is highly desirable
- Understanding of the bid process is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
