As we continue our company-wide journey of growth, IA has recently partnered with Carlton Football Club (CFC) to provide a fully comprehensive diagnostic imaging facility within CFC home ground.

Therefore, we are looking for a self-motivated, talented and enthusiastic sales professional to join our team to continue to build our business and the Imaging Associates brand in line with our brand-new Carlton clinic.

**What will you be doing?**

This role will report to the Sales Team Leader and be part of a team of Customer Relationship Representatives servicing our strong referrer base. Key focuses of the role include:

- Take responsibility and accountability for identifying and engaging growth opportunities within the local health community
- Develop strong relationships with our healthcare network providers
- Creating a promotional plan for the territory and achieve revenue targets.

Your strong sales and presentation skills will allow you to negotiate the best outcome from the limited time you will have with your audience.

This is a full-time position based in Melbourne with some travel to our Support Office in Box Hill as required. Whilst the initial territory will be surrounding our Carlton clinic, this may change from time to time.

**What are we looking for?**
- Track record of success in relationship management and sales in the medical/health care industry
- Proven experience in new business development initiatives and activities
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering consistent, efficient and a high-quality standard of service
- Knowledge of the Melbourne health precincts and medical community
- Strong stakeholder engagement with exceptional communication skills
- Be a solid team player
- Strong computer literacy
- Qualifications in health sciences or marketing would be considered advantageous
- Must have unlimited rights to live and work in Australia
- Hold a full Australian Drivers’ license
- Have a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
