This leading University is introducing a new enterprise events management platform across the organisation and require a Change Manager to take responsibility for all change management activities around the implementation and transitioning of the project to BAU.

**Key activities**
- Deliver on various change management artefacts
- Provide regular status updates
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
- Provide input to, and support, the design and delivery of training programs
- Manage end user engagement with upcoming changes through communications, collaboration, workshops and change impact assessment sessions
- Support and engage senior leaders
- Integrate change management activities into project plan

**Skills and experience**
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Excellent active listening skills
