About the role

As our Recruitment Marketing and Diversity & Inclusion Lead, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Create and execute compelling recruitment marketing strategies and tactics across all channels- Maintain an Asset Library with photography and employee stories for Careers sites and other media- Oversee the maintenance of the Transurban Careers microsite, internal recruitment TEN page, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Beamery (talent pooling/CRM)-
- Understanding Transurban’s D&I objectives create and monitor talent acquisition strategies to meet D&I targets/ requirements- Manage the Talent Acquisition strategy to assist with indigenous employment, attracting career returners, and increasing cultural diversity in leadership- Work with the P&C Reporting team to maintain and evolve appropriate evaluation and reporting systems to monitor and assess the effectiveness and impact of initiatives-
- Assist with the development, design and roll out of the Transurban EVP

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- Proven success in a recruitment marketing and operationalising D&I strategy recruitment role, preferably in a large corporate / professional services environment- Excellent understanding of social media for talent attraction and talent pool engagement- Prior project management / change management experience- Excellent time management and organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at any one time and achieve deliverables on time- Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, presentation and relationship building capabilities- Ability to manage competing priorities, work to tight deadlines and have strong planning and organisational skills- Strong IT literacy skills and relevant tertiary qualificationsWith a career at Transurban, you’ll enjoy a range of benefits, including:
