**The Administration and Finance Assistance Role**
Working alongside our Administration Manager and CFO in the Woolloongabba office & showroom, you will assist with all administration functions including financial data entry in Xero, preparing safety folders, general office support, assisting with proposal document presentation and supporting the delivery team with the use of technology to streamline services.
This role would be ideal for a commerce or finance student seeking part time work with flexibility around studies, that will lead into a full time role upon graduation.

You will be a tech savvy operator with an interest in finance and administration. A flair for document presentation would be a bonus.
As a positive, upbeat team player with a sense of humour and strong work ethic, you will enjoy optimising the use of technology to streamline processes.
Your friends and colleagues would describe you someone who can be relied on to hunt down a solution, help a mate, and make things run smoothly. You will love variety and build trust by caring about getting the details right and assisting your colleagues with administration functions so they can focus on service delivery.
If you also happen to have a passion for PowerPoint and Adobe, these skills would be utilised to assist our project managers and interior designers to create presentation documents.
