Reporting to the Country Manager Australia, the Head of Corporate APAC is responsible for the overall growth and retention of the APAC Corporate business. You’ll have a game changing attitude and a desire to make a positive impact on the organisation, through developing and delivering the strategy, goals and objectives of the APAC Corporate business and building a high performing team. This role will have day-to-day leadership responsibilities of the business units within Corporate, acting as a conduit between global and regional initiatives. You will work closely with the Australia and New Zealand leadership team to develop initiatives that drive our business forward, engage and motivate the team, whilst encouraging collaboration amongst departments.

**What you'll do**:
- **Work with the Country Manager of Australia**, New Zealand and the senior leadership team to develop strategy and direction for Xe’s APAC Corporate business, aligning with the Company’s overall strategic goals, identifying risks and opportunities.
- **Deeply understand and internalise company growth **drivers and leverage metrics and data to drive your decision making, using past experiences to determine what works best,
- _Create and execute detailed operational plans to deliver objectives, with a focus on: #_
- _Retaining trading client and client revenue. _
- _Growing business revenues within the core book. _
- _Acquiring new customers and revenue. _
- _Unlocking new segments and corridors. _
- _Driving new revenue strea_ms.
- **Be responsible for both team and individual performance **and undertaking necessary training and development for the team to enhance performance.
- **Optimise the business structure to ensure Xe’s products** and services are most appropriately delivered to existing and new customers, whilst ensuring team cohesion.
- **Develop relationships with all Platinum clients** to help ring-fence relationships and maximise growth opportunities. Embrace a strong culture of cross-functional engagement to ensure creative and robust solution development and deployment that ensures the voice of the Corp Client is heard. E.g. collaborate with management on tech and product to enhance existing and identify new services/features for Corporate.
- **Collaborate with corporate leaders across Dealing, Sales, Partners & Affiliates** and Executive Team to ensure a globally consistent approach (where able) to our revenue strategy across the digital money transfer business. Provide thought leadership on key issues impacting payments sector in our chosen target markets and the broader fin-tech landscape.
- **As required, participate in Xe**-wide strategic reviews.
**Revenue Planning & Delivery**
- **Participate in the annual budget** setting process to establish annual goals for revenue growth, regularly review performance against targets, and take the necessary steps to adjust underperformance or repeat over delivery.
- **Ensure that agreed Australian and New Zealand revenue targets** are delivered by:
- _Leading and coaching the management team(s) responsible for sales and service delivery to be the best they can to ensure delivery; _
- _Driving and overseeing the timely and effective execution for all corporate revenue focused workstreams and initiatives for APAC; _
- _Working in close collaboration with the broader business team to ensure that the relevant support and resources is marshalled to deliver operational and strategic goals; _
- _Regularly communicating up/down the business our progress against strategic and operational objectives. _
- _Work in a variety of channels and with a strong sense of what works best / worst & wh_y.
