**Project Information Management Specialist - Part Time**

Our client, a Global leader in the minerals and resource industry, is seeking an experienced Document Control specialist to join their team.

Working hours: Part time Hours 30 per week (Monday - Friday)
Location: Perth / Working from home - office based at times
Assignment: 6 months

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Setting up all new projects in the program (there will be minimum 12 rolled out over the next 4 years)
- All new project activities ie writing PIM Procedures, setting up templates, establishing communications and document review matrices, configuring Aconex, creating document numbers, etc
- Vendor data document control including quality checks, putting on review workflows, expediting of reviews, close out of reviews, assigning new numbers, expediting overdue submissions, etc
- Loading and checking out blueprint documentation for vendors within ProjectWise
- Maintain the project SharePoint site
- Some admin support when Project Admin away

**Experience Required**
- Professional qualifications related to information management/document control will be highly regarded
- Aconex org admin level
- ProjectWise
- Office (word, excel)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Reliability, accountability and good judgement
