**The Opportunity**:
Ready to take your Human Resources career to new heights? We're on the hunt for a People Coordinator to join our Infrastructure division based in Brisbane, helping us deliver first-class HR services and initiatives. This national business unit is currently constructing some of Australia’s most iconic and challenging infrastructure projects, including the Gold Coast Light Rail, the Sydney Gateway and various large water infrastructure schemes. This role is the ultimate HR generalist role, and will be responsible for the following:

- Support all facets of the employee lifecycle to contribute to a positive and engaging employee experience
- Prepare people related documents, presentations and data for employees and managers
- Support leaders in employee relations matters
- Support the redeployment and internal mobility process for employees
- Engage/liaise with project teams and provide ad hoc HR support as required
- Provide support to the regional People Manager for HR administration tasks

**About You**:

- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2 years HR generalist experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and relatable to employees and all levels of leadership
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Work collaboratively in a team and manage different stakeholders
- Genuine passion for employee engagement and delivering meaningful diversity and inclusion outcomes
