**Responsibilities**
- Provide Level 1 IT support and ensure service desk incidents are documented and well followed
- Support new system deployment on weekly basis
- Follow instruction and conduct designed UAT cases
- Implement and co-ordinate housekeeping procedures, including setting up user accounts, monitoring file access, checking logs etc.
- Provide process engineering support to production team
- Other projects and duties as required by the ENG Manager

**Requirements**:

- A relevant IT or Engineering qualification
- Good analytical skills
- Great attention to details & problem-solving abilities
- Work independently & autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with electronics devices such as smartphone, notebook, tablet and etc.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
