An exciting opportunity is available for an IT Support Technician to join our team based in Western Sydney.

IT Support Technician Responsibilities:
Part of this role will also include general logistics and office facilities maintenance.

IT Support Technician Role Specifics:

- Provide face-to-face/over-the-phone support;
- Desktop support, including Windows, Mac OS, hardware, and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Mobile support, including iOS and Android devices;
- Networking support, including routers, switches, and firewalls;
- Peripheral support, including docking stations and printers;
- Cloud Software Administration, including Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive;
- Server Administration including Windows Server, Domain Controller and Active Directory;
- Managing and maintaining backup software and other solutions;
- This is a full-time role but will occasionally require working on Saturdays.

IT Support Technician Requirements:

- Certificate IV or equivalent in IT;
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and a high attention to detail;
- Fluent in English;
- Present professionally with respect to clothing, personal hygiene and appearance;
- Work well independently and productively within a team environment;
- Work experience in an IT support environment is preferable;
- Understanding of Cybersecurity is preferable;
- Training is provided, and previous experience is not mandatory;
- Self-motivated, passionate to learn and a high desire to grow.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- WETHERILL PARK, NSW 2164: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- IT: 1 year (preferred)
