**Your Opportunity**

As an Infrastructure Coordinator, you will be managing a network of assets/infrastructure and the procurement of deployments for the Media Delivery Group to maintain and support with the commercial delivery of the Enterprise & Employee Experience Technology Group. Responsible for accurate stock management of all assets within the network and manage and review expense management. You will working closely with the Group Manager and Project Coordinators, this role is located at our warehouse in Gladesville.

**You will have overall accountability for**:

- Maintain and monitor network uptime and asset maintenance
- Be responsible for accurate stock management of all assets within the network
- Network reporting - planned vs actual
- Assist in organising parts, assets or new equipment to be dispatched to field or as required
- Assist with coordinating all freight management between warehouse and field teams
- Work with the deployments team to onboard assets
- Assist with managing all ongoing component repair service with third party providers
- Work with our partners and suppliers to operate and sustain ongoing maintenance
- Own, manage and review expense management across all required functions
- Identify strategies for improvement and expansion across all areas
- Provide and schedule team training for NOC and share technical advice and guidance to resolve key challenges
- Assist in creating, managing and refining all site-specific documentation, manuals and maintenance checklists Work with all functions of the EEET Group to support day to day operations

- Excellent communication skills and able to manage stakeholders at all levels;
- Collaborative approach to problem solving; Moderate Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams).
