About the role:

- Decision-Making Processes: Leverage your understanding of decision-making principles to assess petroleum, geothermal, and greenhouse gas tenures, ensuring informed decisions.
- Support the Petroleum Assessment Hub: Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the hub's objectives.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Advise and provide detailed information on exploration and production activities to clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders, building strong relationships.
- Collaborate with Industry and Government: Work with industry representatives, legal teams, departments, and agencies to ensure effective communication on tenure matters.
- Prepare Impactful Communications: Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and submissions, and assist in responding to Ministerial and parliamentary inquiries, contributing to decision-making.
- Provide Strategic Advice: Offer timely recommendations on strategies and operational matters that enhance the effectiveness of the Petroleum Assessment Hub.
- Contribute to Operational Planning: Collaborate in developing and refining the operational plan for the Petroleum Assessment Hub, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Embrace Challenges: Take on additional duties as required, gaining exposure to various aspects of the role and contributing to the team's success.
