**About the opportunity**:
Join our friendly and established practice Here at Bupa Dental Cleveland, you will be supported to grow and work among a great team, if you are proactive to learn and love all things Dentistry than this is the Permanent Full-Time opportunity for you. We are open Monday 8am - 7pm, Tuesday to Friday 8am - 5pm and Saturday we are open 9am - 1pm

**This opportunity is a Permanent Full-Time role, 38 hours weekly.**

**The heart of the role**:

- Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation
- Maintain infection control standards and procedures
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

**What you'll bring**:

- Ideally have **6-12 months+** experience in Australia as a dental assistant
- Willing to learn reception - on the job training provided
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
