This position provides administrative and general support to patients and clinicians to ensure that a high quality, professional and efficient service is consistently provided to our patients.

We specialise in a wide range of treatments, including preventative, cosmetics and restorative dentistry, orthodontics, and facial aesthetics.

**Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to**:

- Greeting patients upon arrival.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing communications to patients and external health professionals.
- Maintaining an efficient booking system for multiple practitioners.
- Tracking and reporting treatments and patient referrals.
- Managing sterilisation and treatment rooms.
- Liaise consistently with the clinical team to ensure smooth management of patient care.
- Actively complete various checklists.
- Managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Accurately record communications with patients.
- Process payments, health insurance rebates and other claims.
- Self initiative towards further upskilling and strong work ethics.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple time sensitive tasks.
- Proactive and forward thinker.
- Motivation of growth in a career path.
- Skilled with computers and able to adapt to new programs quickly.
- Passionate about helping people achieve optimal health with a high regard for safety and hygiene practices.

**Experience in, but not essential**:

- Previous experience with the various programs: PRODA, PMS, CRM would be advantageous.
- Previous Dental Reception and/or Assistant experience preferred but not necessary.

**To be considered for this position, you must provide a cover letter detailing your relevant experience within the dental/other industry. You must be available to work a rotating roster Monday - Friday with early starts and late finishes.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
