**About the opportunity**
C&K Jinibara is nestled within the Jinibara State School grounds and is an important part of the school community. C&K Jinibara is a recognised kindergarten program provider and has been open since 2012. Our Centre is now looking for a Lead Educator who is passionate about working alongside children in their early years in our Extended Kindergarten Program. When joining our Centre, you will contribute to a team that values open communication and sees children as competent and capable learners.
You will be working on a permanent part time basis, 25 hours per week. We are looking for an educator who can be flexible, and work shifts between the hours of 1.15pm and 6.15pm Monday - Friday and during School Holidays.
**About you**
An experienced early childhood Educator, you will be energetic, fun, passionate and committed to supporting and guiding children’s learning and development. You will have the following:
- Diploma qualification in early childhood (qualification must be recognised by ACECQA); or enrolled and actively working towards
- Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Hold or willing to obtain a paid Blue Card
- Previous experience working with children
- Passion for creating and delivering a simulating learning environment
- An understanding of the provision of a safe, well planned indoor and outdoor learning environment
- Skilled with documenting observations of children's behaviour and development, in the form of learning stories
- An ability to implement a planned program, in collaboration with the Assistant Educator, ensuring the needs of individual children and the group are met
