As our Business Accounts Consultant, you will be providing advice and information to existing business customers about what Aussie Broadband can do for them with the goal of growing and retaining their business.

Let’s talk about you
- Demonstrated communication skills including over the phone and face to face
- Demonstrated administration skills including adherence to policies and procedures;
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT or Telecommunications sales role;
- Previous experience in telecommunications sales highly desirable;
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and work with mínimal supervision;
- Skills in planning and organising;
- Skills in relationship management
- Aptitude for clear communication, consultation and consideration of others;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- High proficiency in the operation of office and screen based equipment;
- Advanced computer skills (Emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); and
- High level of literacy for effective written and verbal communication;

How will you support our “Why?”
- Identify customer’s needs through sales questioning techniques, product knowledge, and relationship management
- Provide a range of products and services information to customers to enable them to make an informed decision that suits their business
- Maximise revenue through selling procedures (cross sell/upsell) to the existing customer base
- Meet the required sales and retention targets
- Navigating the business internally to ensure we are meeting the client’s expectations in every manner
- Opportunity forecasting to your Team Leader
- Data entry and ongoing hygiene of customer details into CMS systems
- Any other works as required.
