Join us as our **Marketing Manager** and lead initiatives that elevate brand awareness and client engagement. In this dynamic role, you’ll design and execute impactful marketing strategies and bring our brand story to life through engaging, informative content across multiple brands and channels.

**Your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Plan, create, and deliver activities comprising the business’ client communications calendar, including the Zenith Insight, Quarterly Research Update, Super Insider, and annual client survey
- Deliver campaigns, set targets for each activity, and monitor and report on engagement
- Develop and deliver the managed account adviser retention and super fund retention programs
- Deliver the business’ flagship events, including the Chant West Super Fund Awards, Zenith Fund Awards, and Fund Manager Updates

**To join us you will need the following experience and skills**:

- You must have at least 4 years’ marketing experience, excellent communication skills and a knack for creative problem-solving
- You must have experience working with financial services organisations
- You must be able to juggle multiple and often competing priorities
- You will ideally possess stakeholder management skills coupled with strong organisational abilities
- You are ideally a creative thinker with exceptional writing skills and possess a keen attention for detail
- You have experience in developing and implementing content across various brands and channels
- You have experience working with marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot, in addition to experience using the Adobe Creative Suite.
