We are currently looking for a Project Scheduler to join our Engineering Services - Land Robotics & Autonomous Systems team. This role is based out of Adelaide, SA.
Every day will see you providing project planning, coordinating and scheduling services to ensure specific outcomes are achieved. You’ll be a natural organiser and thrive in a fast paced environment.
As an Integrated Project Planner and Scheduler, your responsibilities will include:
Consulting with project managers and technical experts to establish the project schedule in Microsoft Project Server.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining effective scheduling management
Monitoring project tasks including project timelines and deadlines.
Identifying potential project schedule delays and resource conflicts and identifying to the project manager.
Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports.
Implementing updates to project schedules, including identifying the impact of any changes to the project manager.
Undertaking other project support activities as required including supporting finance planning and budgeting, taking minutes, managing action logs, etc. as required.
To be successful in the role of Scheduler you will need to bring with you:
Demonstrated scheduling experience as a project scheduler/manager in a complex technical project environment.
Experience using Microsoft Project (preferably Microsoft Project Server).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Confidence and self-motivation.
Applicants will also need to hold an existing Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance of at least NV1.
