**The Business**

We are a small, family-owned business with an auto electrical workshop, a parts shop, an online shop and a YouTube channel. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom solutions for auto electric installations on 4WD’s, camper trailers, caravans, mining vehicles, trucks and other machinery.

We are the go-to place in Perth when it comes to seeking the highest quality parts and installations for your car or project and continue to reap endorsements for our customer service and product excellence from our customers and YouTube Influencers around Australia (e.g. Andrew St. Pierre White from 4xOverland, Ronny Dahl from 4Wheeling Australia, Harry from Fire to Fork and many more).

**The Role**

We are looking for a reliable sales assistant to work at our reception. You would answer phones, process payments and help customers find the parts, they are looking for.

What you really need to excel at this job is a passion for 4-wheel-driving, cars and camping and the ability to learn and follow administrative procedures.

Some knowledge of auto electric parts and camping accessories would be helpful but training will be provided.

If you have a can-do-attitude, friendly demeanor, a sense for good customer service and want to work with a great supportive team, this is the right place for you

**Tasks in this role include**:

- Using the company warehouse management software to process orders (training will be provided)
- Managing the appearance of the shop and reception area (incl. refilling stock, presentation of displays, tidiness, etc.)
- Receiving and shipping goods
- Assisting with critical day-to-day administrative duties
- Other duties as required (we are a small team and all help each other out)

- A passion for the automotive industry with an interest in 12Volt technology, 4-wheel-driving fit outs and auto electrics (training will be provided)
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- A friendly nature

- Good communication skills (verbally & written)

- A positive attitude and a can-do-approach to problem solving
- High attention to detail in creating attractive displays in our parts shop
- The ability to follow procedures
