**About the role**
The Change Management Practice Lead is responsible for leading the change management practice using best practice to ensure change management frameworks, processes and tools are effectively applied across the business. This role will be responsible for developing a change management framework and toolkit that aligns to the departments Project Management Lifecycle.
- Responsibilities:_
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of an organisational change management framework, processes and tools and ensure they are consistently applied across the delivery of programs and alignment with the Project Management Lifecycle.
- Lead the change management practice to ensure best practice (ie. PROSCI/ADKAR) is being delivered to support the overall business strategic objectives or goals to build the credibility of change management practices across the business.
- Build productive relationships throughout the portfolio and the business, cultivating and managing a range of relationships with appropriate business stakeholders and work with business stakeholders to align approach to change management.
- Drive the change management capability uplift to increase organisational change management competency and maturity.
- Provide an Enterprise Change View of change impacts and activities throughout the business, ensuring that the Executive and Senior Leaders have the information available to lead change effectively in their area of the business.
- Execute safety responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities consistent with the departments safety management system requirements

**About you**
- Experience leading the change management across several projects and managing other change practitioners
- Demonstrate hands-on experience working on a variety of large change projects
- Knowledge of project methodologies including Prosci or similar methodology, Prince2, Agile.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Permanent resident or citizen
- Per NSW Government policy all employees must be fully vaccinated.
