The purpose of the Automation Test Lead is to provide test automation expertise and advice and to develop automated testing approaches that deliver the greatest benefit and coverage, with the least amount of maintenance and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage 2 Automation Test Analysts
- Maintaining and developing the Test Automation framework
- Delivering and reporting on automation testing activities
- Providing thought leadership on testing automation tooling and processes
- Drive change in the organisation on how automation testing is used to validate products

**Key Skills**:

- Strong Automation Testing experience in an Enterprise Environment
- Prior expierence working as a Test Lead and managing automation testers
- Strong experience in Python and PowerShell programming languages
- Knowledge of service level and UI test automation tools (e.g., UFT/QTP, Selenium etc.)
- Proficient with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins/Azure Pipelines)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach (ability to present to C-Level)
