**About the Company**

A large NSW government organisation is looking for an receptionist to work within a great team environment. This is located in Sydney CBD on an 3 month contract.

**About the Role**
- Act as a point of contact performing administration services and responding to enquiries from customers and stakeholders to provide a timely and effective information and customer service
- Undertake a range of administrative support services relating to the work of the team, including word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence and meeting papers and minutes, maintaining electronic and file records and support with meetings and events.
- Undertake routine administrative tasks and activities in accordance with relevant policies, practices and standards.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience Division to deliver consistent and co-ordinated advice to customers by maintaining a contemporary approach to service delivery and customer engagement through a range of strategies including face-to-face, video conferencing at location and remotely.

**About You**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in providing high quality, administrative support
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast paced collaborative environment
- Ability to plan and prioritise
- Highly organised and able to execute
- High attention to detail
