We’re on the lookout for a dynamic NSW Trivia and Events Operations Manager to elevate our Trivia and Events brands across New South Wales. In this role, you’ll team up with the Trivia Business Manager and marketing crew to drive player engagement, ensure top-notch training for QuizzaMe, InnQUIZitive, and DJ Bingo hosts, and handle event performance, support, and financial tasks. You’ll also manage host communications, event promotions, and new venue setups

**Your day-to-day...**
- Collaborate with the Trivia Business Manager and marketing team to develop and implement strategies that boost player participation at events.
- Ensure all QuizzaMe, InnQUIZitive, and DJ Bingo events have well-trained hosts by coordinating on-site and off-site training.
- Conduct weekly reviews of host performance by attending events and managing support requests.
- Review and approve host invoices and prepare the fortnightly event summary for NSW Trivia and Events.
- Communicate regularly with hosts to keep them informed and engaged, and foster teamwork and collaboration within the team.
- Oversee event promotions through social media and marketing channels, liaise with new venues, and attend event launches and re-activation meetings to ensure smooth operations.
