Office and Events Coordinator

At 100+ staff, we are headquartered in Circular Quay and overlooking iconic harbour views. We have a fun and vibrant office with weekly events, competitions, multiple fully stocked kitchens, in-office bar, gaming area and numerous cross-functional and growth opportunities.

We are looking for someone to manage the day-to-day operations of the office, assist senior management on various initiatives, work closely with People Operations to execute key processes, champion our in-office events (think BIG and FUN), and help take our company culture to the next level

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year in similar role
- Highly organised with a high attention to detail
- Proactive and resourceful
- Proficient in admin (it plays a crucial role)
- General knowledge around computers i.e. setting up computers for new starters, G-suite
- Flexible and eager to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Full working rights
- Experience in events desirable
