Little Elves Claremont Childcare Centre is seeking a dynamic and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in Bargo, NSW. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey and holistic development of our young learners, aged 0-5 years. **What you'll be doing**
- Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Fostering a warm, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that supports children's cognitive, physical, social and emotional development
- Observing, documenting and assessing children's progress to inform individualised learning plans
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with children, families and the wider childcare community
- Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
- Actively participating in team meetings, professional development opportunities and continuous quality improvement initiatives

**What we're looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Registration or eligibility for registration as an Early Childhood Teacher in NSW
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality, play-based educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
- Strong understanding of child development, pedagogy and current best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- A passionate, nurturing and creative approach to teaching and learning
- Commitment to continuous professional learning and improvement
