Role: Early Childhood Teacher - Educational Leader

Employment Type: Full-time Fixed term (until December 2026)

Responsibilities

• Lead change, champion practice uplift and excellence in educational practice
• Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs offered to children
• Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
• Work closely with the centre leadership team to drive transformative changes

About Goodstart Waranara

Our purpose-built centre offers a beautifully designed environment that fosters strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community. We regularly venture out on excursions to nearby parks, libraries, and cafés, and benefit from our close proximity to Woolworths, a gym, and a swimming pool—just a 5–7 minute walk from the train station. You'll need

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Working with Children Check (or equivalent as required in your location)
