Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $43.55 - $66.86 + $2.25 Educational Leader Allowance + Super

Responsibilities

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

- Step into world of wonder and imagination in a room of 26 pre-schoolers (4-5 years old).
- 4 hours a week of dedicated programming time in our collaborative planning haven. Unleash your creativity alongside our passionate staff in a space designed to inspire and innovate.
- 8 hours of dedicated Educational Leader time, free from distractions

You'll need

- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- Must hold NESA accreditation/registration
