**The Company**

Dana Australia supplies power conveyance and energy management solutions for the Commercial Vehicle, Electrification, Light Vehicle and the Off-Highway markets. Following sustained strong growth, the company has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join the team.

**The Role**

Reporting into the Managing Director you shall join the Dana Australia management team with the following responsibilities:

- Manage all technical support activities and give advice about Dana products to internal and external OE and AM customers.
- Lead a team of engineers with responsibility of all Dana Australia value streams.
- Involved in all aspects of product design, from concept initiation through manufacturing optimization.
- Lead problem solving efforts for product related issues.
- Manage relevant Process & Methods Engineering drawings, specifications and work layout arrangements.
- Represents Dana in industry technical forums.
- Knowledge of the Truck/Automotive industry
- Vehicle Electrification integration exposure
- Experience with Quality Management Systems
- Experience in CAD including knowledge of geometric dimensions & tolerancing.
- Process engineering methods, tooling and gauging for efficient operations.
- Experience in developing Customer relations and knowledge of commercial issues.
- Problem solving, Root Cause Analysis and analytical/ diagnoses skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
- A highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
