Responsible for bringing ideas and plans to life and ensuring their delivery against strategic and communication objectives. This community is tasked with creating a recognised market-leading position in trading and media-owner relations.
We are looking for an Investment Manager to work as part of broader performance team across some big brands. Working closely with the Group Trading Director, you will be given autonomy and empowered to lead discussions and negotiations and will be given the guidance to grow your career. Supported by a solid junior team with experience, you'll be looked up to as a mentor and will take an active role in their career development, making sure they have everything they need to progress.

**Your day to day**:

- Meticulous implementation of campaigns and reporting process while delivering on the communication and investment objectives.
- Buy media and manage campaign delivery tracking (offline)
- Assisting the Investment Managers and Directors to grow the usage of the different media channels.
- Maintaining relationships with key media owners and the broader PHD team.
- Day to day management of agreed initiatives and implementation of campaigns
- Ensure brief is delivered/bought to plan within appropriate criteria (budget, targets etc.)
- Negotiations (i.e. Discounts, makegoods and added value)
- Budget control, data entry and checking
- Work closely with the Group Trading Director to ensure that auditing deliverables are met

**Required skills and experience**:

- Media Investment experience is a must
- You have inside out knowledge of all buying tools
- Relevant local marketing experience
- Takes ownership for behaviour and integrity of work
- Works effectively as part of a team and is committed to mentoring and training junior team members
