**Description**:
We are looking for a Platform Administrator to join our Operations team, who can deliver fast, high quality support across a range of areas. The role will cover operations administration associated with transactional and payment processing, including contributions and deposits fee transaction, in-specie transfers and deceased estates. You may also deal with superannuation and IDPS account maintenance and servicing, adviser changes and fee updates and AML compliance.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure effective platform administration, provide quality service, and maximise customer retention and referral.

The position requires positive and proactive interaction with a variety of internal and external clients including Operational Team Leaders, Product, Sales & Marketing representatives, Compliance, Finance and Risk, IT, Dealer Groups, Financial Advisers and Retail clients and service providers of HUB24.

**Key responsibilities**:
Updating administration system relating to transaction and payment processing.
Superannuation and IDPS account maintenance and servicing.
- Super Administration Team (DIY) communications and other related administrative tasks

Client Transactional and Payment processing including
- Contributions & deposits
- Fee transactions
- Regular Savings and Payment Plans
- In-Specie Transfers
- Pension commencements
- PAYG transactions and ATO TFN Reporting
- Benefit Payments, withdrawals, account closures, pension payments.
- Deceased estates
- Adviser Changes and fee updates.

Ensure timely delivery of various reporting requirements to client/stakeholders.
Be a point of contact for clients. Answer incoming calls and assist with client enquiries in line with the company’s service offering
Draft and produce client communications as required.
Consistently monitor compliance with regulations.
Maintain adequate and accurate records and file notes.
Provide, upon request, all and any documentation requested by the Compliance & Risk team.
Complete all necessary reports and documentation as directed by advisors and managers

**Skills and Experiences**:
Administration experience is essential, preferably in the financial services industry (Financial instruments, products, platforms or the financial planning experience is highly desired).
Knowledge on Australian securities, cash options and an understanding of the risks inherent in settlement activities is highly desired.
In specie transfers experience highly desired.
